Is the quote free?

How much does painting work cost?
We do not give prices per square metre over the phone: the price depends on the surface area, the condition of the surfaces, the number of coats and access (ladder, scaffolding or aerial platform). That is why our free, detailed quote is prepared after a site visit.
How soon can the work start?
Usually a few weeks to a few months between accepting the quote and starting work, depending on the season and the type of work. Interior work can be done all year round; façades and exterior work from March to October. For a property being made ready between two tenancies, it can be quicker, depending on our availability.
How long does the work take?
Between one day and one month, depending on the size of the job.
Do you apply the 6% VAT rate for renovation work?
Yes. For a home first occupied at least 10 years ago and used mainly as a private residence, our work qualifies for 6% VAT instead of 21%. For a home less than 10 years old or commercial premises, the standard 21% rate applies.
Which paints and fillers do you use?
We are not tied to any brand: we use the products that give us the most durable results, such as Trimetal, Peintagone and Mathys… and Ardex or Toupret for filling and plastering.
Do you work in occupied homes?
Yes, and there is no need to empty the rooms: we take care of everything, from moving the furniture to protecting your floors and surroundings.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. All our work is carried out by our own team, and Christian De Wolf and Théo Géorgallis oversee each job from the quote visit to completion.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have professional liability insurance.
